Strategy
Before a new organizational structure can be put in place, communications strategy must be defined. During times of change, such as a new CEO or a new company direction, the communications strategic planning process is not just an intellectual one. Key to success is active participation by other senior communications executives in order to achieve shared ownership that leads to desired outcomes.
Feldman & Partners often facilitates such communications strategic planning sessions. During these meetings, the communications team not only contributes to the new strategy, but also to the implementation plan. We then often follow-up to assure an accurate and consistent rollout.
